AO: Have you been tracking the Linkstar? It's massive. The coordination alone...
AP: I've seen the reports. A very large one, I heard more than 2000. Always impressive when one of those appears.
AO: I was close enough to feel it. The resonance... it was intense. But there was more. I saw.... something. It felt like a memory, but at the same time it was unfamiliar.
AP: A memory? What did you see?
AO: I was in a train station. Crowded, loud. I felt small-like I couldn't see past the shoulders around me. So perhaps a child's view. There was a watch in my hand. And then someone... someone took my hand and fastened the watch on my wrist. It felt important, and she felt... warm and familiar.
AP: A watch?
AO: Yes. This one, specifically. I've had it since I was a child. When the Linkstar formed, it started pulsing. Like it was responding to the Linkstar..
AP: Let me see it. Wait, it can't be.
AO: What? You know this watch?
AP: It exists here. Or... a version of it did. It broke when I was a child. My mother had given it to me.
AO: Are you certain?
AP: I'll never forget it. It was something very special to her, and so it was important that she had given it to me. When it broke, I opened it up and took apart every little tiny piece and struggled until I was in tears to try and figure out how to put it back together and repair it. I was young. I think seven or eight. And my mother came to me and put her hand on my shoulder and told me that part of being Enlightened is to embrace change, even when it's uncertain and scary.
AO: Ah, you're Enlightened? I had just assumed...
AP: I avoid compartmentalization. But both my parents were Enlightened, and so, I suppose I see the world through their eyes.
AO: What do you think it means that I saw this?
AP: The Linkstar did something. It's bridging more than XM. And that watch... a shared memory. There's something here we need to more fully understand.
AO: Do you think it's just a manifestation of everything that's going on?
AP: I don't know. But the artifacts, the anomalies, the resonance... they're pulling at something larger.
